Libertad Grade School BBQ
Every year Michael Simons and friends cook as many hot dogs as can be eaten in one sitting by the Kids and the Libertad Grade School. The school is about a mile or so past the Papagayo Golf and Country Club and is definitely off the beaten path.
At least once a year they know they are not forgotten by the EX PAT community. Check out the video of the event.
