Ron and Molly obviously love Costa Rica and our little area in and around Playas del Coco.  But they came to settle permanently in this area through very different paths.  Ron has traveled the world and Molly was a homegrown girl from Minnesota.  Here is the story of how they met and how each of them fell in love with Costa Rica and why they decided to stay.

Both Molly and Ron have extensive experience in Real Estate back in the US so it was a natural decision that they would continue their passion with the business down in Costa Rica.  Ron originally met Michael Simons at a Real Estate convention in the US many years ago and took up Mike on his invitation to come down and check things out.  Ron immediately understood the opportunity in Playas del Coco and bought his initial property almost on the spot.  In this video Ron and Molly tell their stories of how and why they decided to come to Costa Rica and get involved in Real Estate and ultimately joining the Tres Amigos Realty Team.
