First time movie goers!!!

A group of senior women learning to read and write for the first time were rewarded for their efforts with a night out at the movies with the works – Popcorn, soft drinks, candy – and pizza and burgers afterwards then topped off with a trip to the Guanacaste Museum in Liberia. 

The senior literacy class is given by the Libertad School Teachers Majorie Amador and Alexandra Angulo.  The class is attended by 10 students total and is given a 5 PM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For their first movie ever the group saw Madagascar 3 which was shown in 3D at Multicine Liberia www.facebook.com/multicinescr

They laughed until they cried was the report back.
