It is officially the HAPPY TIME OF YEAR here in our little slice of paradise!

Tank Tops Flip Flops Newsletter edition no. 219

I have to say my heart is overflowing with joy seeing our entire community band together to spread holiday cheer.

Thanks to the efforts of Tank Tops Flip Flops and Tres Amigos Realty Group this year – between the toy collection centers and cash donations – we have over 3,000 toys to give out to needy kids this year.

One anonymous donor purchased 81 bikes to give away. Imagine the looks on these kids faces.  Thanks Amigo!  Go Chiefs!

I also want to thank everyone who brought so many toys to my big annual party.  What a way to to spend the day among friends new and old.

Also a big shout out to everyone who bought Tank Tops Flips Flops shirts at the party.  We raised thousands of $$ and will use all of the money to throw dozens of Christmas parties at local schools this year.
