Tank Tops Flip Flops Newsletter edition no. 86

Over the last few years Papa Rooster was a fixture at pretty much every event in and around Playas del Coco.  He was the towns unofficial photojournalist.  Loved by all.  You will be missed my friend.  Here are a few nice photos OF Papa Rooster over the years.  RIP Papa Rooster.
